It works, as you expect it. The user interface of a docurex® dataroom has been designed so that anyone who can click literally can use docurex®. There are neither trainings nor instructions required for end-users.

Q&A-Module (Questions und Answers)
The Q&A-Module allows investors, employees or other users to ask specific questions about specific documents or folders.These questions will be sent to responsible employees or departments who can directly take care of the question. With the docurex® Q & A-module it is possible to answer a huge amount of questions within a very short time.
User and Group based permissions
You can give or retake each userpermissions with a few steps on folders, subfolders, and even individual documents. Through integrated management tools, you receive precise reports for all assigned access privileges.
Secure document viewer
With the secureViewer-technology additional safety mechanisms like individual watermarks can be added to all documents or the printing of documents can be blocked.
Disclaimer
On demand you can display a disclaimer for users entering your data room, the disclaimer usually displays the regulations for your data room. Only the users that actively agree to the disclaimer can enter the data room.
Two factor authentification
Any access to the docurex® data room is possible through 2-factor authentication via SMS or the Google Authenticator app.
