To use the docurex® Document Management System, you only need a current internet browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) and an internet connection. No client software installation is required, so no software needs to be installed on PCs or notebooks. This avoids time-consuming settings on your computer.

How does the automatic full-text indexing work?

With docurex®, all documents can be automatically added to a full-text index if desired. This allows you to conveniently search for content in your documents. The advanced search function enables complex queries and downloading the results as compressed ZIP files. This saves valuable time when searching for relevant documents and information.

How secure is my data with docurex®?

Your data is maximally protected with us. All functions are operated exclusively in our ISO 27001-certified data centers in Germany. All data is encrypted both during transmission and storage. Additionally, all activities and changes are logged in an audit-proof manner to ensure maximum transparency and traceability. The granular permission management gives you precise control over who can access which documents.

Can I customize docurex® to my corporate identity?

Yes, docurex® offers integrated corporate branding. You can customize the docurex® data storage to match your company colors, logos, icons, and your corporate identity. Furthermore, docurex® can be used in German, English, and Italian, and can be extended to include other languages, making it easy to use at different locations worldwide.

How does the import and export of documents work?

docurex® has a built-in export function that allows you to unload all documents in the data storage to an external storage device. The document management also gives you the option to download the files in the data storage via "mass download". For importing, the docusync module is available, which ensures the import of folder structures into the data room and can also independently map folder and document structures with several million files completely identically in the docurex® data room.
